What Sessions Look Like
No two sessions are exactly alike because every person has different experiences, challenges, and goals. Each session begins with a simple check-in about what's been happening in your life since your last appointment or, if it's your first session, what brought you here today.
From there, we'll focus on what's happening in your life right now; whether that's working through a difficult situation, processing a recent experience, making an important decision, or figuring out your next steps. Together, we'll ask questions, explore different perspectives, and identify realistic steps you can begin applying before we meet again.

Is this Therapy?
