What Sessions Look Like
Every session begins with a simple check-in about what’s been happening since your last appointment—or, if it’s your first session, what brought you here today. From there, we’ll focus on whatever feels most important to you.
You might spend time processing difficult emotions, talking through a recent experience, exploring relationship challenges, working through grief, or making sense of situations that have been weighing on you. Throughout the conversation, we’ll explore different perspectives, identify patterns, and discuss healthier ways of coping so you leave each session with greater understanding and a clearer path forward.
No more waiting months to feel like your life is finally changing.
How Much Does It Cost?
We believe everyone deserves access to quality emotional support. Individual Support Sessions are $50 per session.
