Veteran Support Sessions
A Place To Lay Down What You’ve Been Carrying
Life during and after military service can leave veterans carrying stress, difficult memories, overwhelming emotions, and challenges that other people may not fully understand. These experiences may come from your time in service, the transition back into civilian life, or something you are facing now.
Veteran Support Sessions provide a private, judgment-free place to talk about what’s been weighing on you, better understand what you’re experiencing, and receive support as you decide how to move forward.
What This Service Is
Veteran Support Sessions are one-on-one conversations designed specifically for veterans who need support working through personal challenges during or after military service.
Sessions may focus on difficult emotions, military experiences, life transitions, relationships, grief, stress, identity after service, or other concerns affecting your everyday life. Your practitioner will help you talk through what you’re experiencing, better understand how it is affecting you, and identify what may help you begin feeling better and moving forward.
This is a non-clinical support service. It does not include mental health diagnoses, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment.
Common Reasons Veterans Book
Veterans book Veteran Support Sessions for many reasons, including:
You don’t have to carry everything by yourself.
What Sessions Look Like
Every Veteran Support Session is centered on what you’re experiencing and what you need support with that day. You’ll have space to talk openly about what’s been weighing on you, explore how your experiences are affecting your everyday life, and better understand your thoughts, emotions, or reactions. Your practitioner will listen without judgment, ask questions, help you recognize patterns, and work with you to identify ways to manage what you’re facing and move forward.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive. This is your space to talk, feel heard, and receive support.
Healing doesn’t happen because you ignore what you’ve been through.
How Much Does It Cost?
Veteran Support Sessions cost $45 for each 60-minute session.
A $20 deposit is due when you book. The remaining $25 balance is due before your scheduled session.
