Here’s everything you need to know before your session
Next Steps:
You will receive a welcome email shortly with your consent forms, intake form, and your practitioner’s contact information.
Please complete all forms prior to your appointment. Your intake will be reviewed in advance to better understand what you’re dealing with and how to approach your time together.
The day of your appointment:
The remaining balance for your session will be charged to your card on file on the day of your appointment. If payment is not received, your session will be canceled.
You will also receive an email with the link to your telehealth session. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure there are no technical delays.
What to expect at your first appointment
Your first session is your foundation session.
This is where we get clear on what’s been making you feel stuck or unhappy and establish a plan for how we’ll work together.
We’ll begin working through what’s been going on in your life and how it’s been affecting you. Please not that his appointment will look different than the rest of your appointments.
At the time of your appointment
Make sure you are in a quiet, uninterrupted space where you can fully focus. Showing up present and ready allows your session to be more effective and productive.
