You’ve chosen your direction. Now it’s time to take the steps needed to get started. Whether you need help applying for education benefits, enrolling in a school or training program, gathering paperwork, or organizing important deadlines, we’ll work alongside you to complete each step and make sure nothing important is overlooked.
What This Service Is
Mission Set Up is a hands-on implementation service for veterans who have chosen an education or training path and are ready to begin using their benefits. Unlike Mission Planning, which helps you decide what direction to take, Mission Set Up focuses on completing the steps needed to get started.
Together, we’ll work through applications, gather and organize required documents, review important deadlines, and complete each step in the appropriate order. Your practitioner will help you stay organized, find the information you need, and work through obstacles that come up along the way. The goal is to reduce confusion, avoid unnecessary delays, and help you move from having a plan to putting that plan into action.

How Much Does It Cost?
Mission Set Up costs $175. This includes:
One 60-minute implementation session to work through applications, paperwork, enrollment requirements, and other setup tasks
One follow-up session within 7–14 days to review your progress, answer new questions, and address any problems
A personalized action plan outlining your remaining steps, important deadlines, and unfinished tasks
14 days of email support for questions, clarification, and guidance related to your action plan
A $75 deposit is due when you book. The remaining $100 balance is due before your implementation session.
What Sessions Look Like
During your initial session, we’ll review where you are in the setup process and identify what still needs to be completed. Together, we’ll organize your documents, work through applications or enrollment steps, answer your questions, and create a plan for anything that cannot be completed during the session.
Your follow-up session will take place within 7–14 days. We’ll review what has been completed, address any problems or new questions, and help you continue moving through the remaining steps. You’ll also receive 14 days of email support for questions, clarification, and guidance related to your action plan.

A: Your Specialist will work alongside you as you complete applications and other required steps. You will remain responsible for reviewing your information, accessing your accounts, and submitting documents or applications in your name.

A: That’s okay. We’ll create an action plan outlining what still needs to be completed. You’ll also receive a follow-up session within 7–14 days and email support during that period to help you continue moving forward.
