Meet Kee
I chose this profession because I believe people deserve more than encouragement—they deserve someone who will walk alongside them, challenge them when needed, and help them develop practical strategies that create real progress. Whether I'm working with veterans adjusting to civilian life or individuals navigating everyday challenges, my goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and build the skills, habits, and confidence needed to create the life they want for themselves.
When my transition out of the military wasn't as easy as I expected, I found myself facing one of the biggest changes of my life. Like many veterans, I had to adjust to a new routine, redefine my goals, and figure out what the next chapter of my life would look like. That experience taught me that meaningful change doesn't happen overnight—it begins by understanding where you are today, identifying where you want to be, and creating a practical plan to get there. Today, my role is to provide structured, individualized support that helps clients move beyond feeling stuck and begin creating lasting change in their own lives.
My passion for helping others grew from both my professional experiences and my own journey through military service, higher education, and personal growth. As an Army veteran, I understand firsthand how transitions, unexpected setbacks, and major life decisions can leave you questioning your direction or wondering what comes next. Those experiences strengthened my belief that lasting change doesn't happen by chance—it happens through intentional action, consistent support, and having someone who helps you see possibilities you may not see on your own.
